Welcome to Owen Commercials Ltd supplier of stock to the Commercial Motor Trade. Please carefully read and understand the following terms & conditions governing your Transaction with us.

Trade Sale Basis: All Vehicles offered for sale by Owen Commercials Ltd are strictly sold on a Trade Sale Basis, this means that no Warranty or Guarantee is implied or given.

Pricing: As our Vehciles are intended for resale by businesses for Commercials gain, all Transactions are considered business to business and our pricing if reflective of this. By purchasing a Vehicler from Owen Commercials Ltd you acknowledge being either a Sole Trader or Business Entity.

Payment: Bank Transfer and debit cards are the only methods of payment. We do not accept credit cards, we do not offer finance and we cant accept payments from 3rd party finance companies.

Test Drive & Inspection: We operate a no pressure sales environment, before purchasing all vehicles must be test driven, you are welcome to inspect any vehicle and are welcome to bring a mechanic/person with mechanical knowledge with you.

Limitation of Liability: Owen Commercials ltd shall not be held liable for any damages, losses or expenses as a result of purchasing any vehicle from us. This includes but is not limited to any direct or indirect damage arising from vehcile defects, faults or malfunctions.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and without regard to its conflict of law.

Changes to Terms & Conditions. Owen Commercials ltd reserve the right to review, update or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions before competing any ttransaction with ourselves.
